Princess Boutiques Question - Lladro pieces (literally)

Anyone know if you can contact (via E-mail I guess) the Princess Boutiques on the Sapphire Princess? Last year we bought Lladro piece for our anniversary. Last night I broke it. It was partially the dog's fault and partially because of the table latch, but that makes no difference to the DW as I am 100% responsible for the replacement! Since we're going to be on the Sapphire in a few weeks, I was wondering if I could contact the boutique to see if they had the same item available. The Princess duty free price was better than I can get now from on-line sources. If Princess boutiques cannot be contacted, anyone know of a good place to buy Lladro along the Mexican Riviera itinerary?

I wonder if you try emailing them at <sapphireprinces@princescruises.com> and in the subject line put "boutique manager"
