We got ours stamped in a small building just through the main building as you exit the pier.

It is extremely easy to do. It is the small building to the right of the fenced in area. I asked police office at the side gate, he reviewed my passport opened the gate and I walked directly into the building, down a small hallway and the office was on the right. When I exited the building, I went directly back to the officer and that gate and he let me back in. SUPER EASY!!!
