Empress of the Seas Air Condition Issues

After reading some reviews, I am worried if my room will be one of the unlucky cabins to not have proper air conditioning. I will be cruising in a little less than a month and booked in an interior room on deck (3119) starboard and the other party is booked in an ocean view on deck 4 (4630) port side.

For those who have cruised on the Empress recently, how bad are the air condition problems on this ship?

I've been on the Empress 4 times and the only place that was warm was the Casino. All of my rooms AC were comfortable and I like it chilly.
