dexddd Posted May 30, 2017 #3 Share Posted May 30, 2017 Those are both handicapped cabins. Some reports of chair scrapping from above in the a.m.
SaveFarris Posted May 30, 2017 #4 Share Posted May 30, 2017 We stayed in the 12532 equivalent on the Star. FANTASTIC room. Just a heads up: there's no Murphy bed. Only the main beds and the full-size fold out couch.

biker@sea Posted May 30, 2017 #7 Share Posted May 30, 2017 CON = Forward and high location Feel's the Most amount of motion on the ship.:(
DaisyGoldberg Posted May 31, 2017 #8 Share Posted May 31, 2017 I've been in three different family suites up front on 12 on the Dawn and they were all great. Motion was not an issue to/from Canada or to Bermuda twice. Felt way more motion in cabins mid ship on pretty much any Caribbean itinerary I've been on. It's really a perfect location for easy access to elevators/Stardust theatre/casino/pool/buffet/midship restaurants and atrium. We always avoid the midship elevators for everything but going up to Cagney's. It's a walk to the showroom at the opposite end of the ship, the main dining rooms, and the spa, but unless those figure large in your plans (and in a suite they probably don't), you are in a great spot! dexddd Posted June 1, 2017 #10 Share Posted June 1, 2017 Did you find the windows in your cabin streaked and foggy? have heard that some are like that.. Since the refurb there have not been many reports of that but again, there just haven't been many reports from people in those rooms. The only one I can think of off-hand is someone had one or two fogged in a starboard side room mid.
