Grand Celebration cruise review

Recommended Posts

Had an absolute great time on the Grand Celebration. This is a great small ship. The staff is fabulous and very helpful. I really enjoyed the entertainment staff. The 70/80's night was hilarious. The Celebration dancers were great. I loved the Dancing Martian bar on the top deck, with the breeze blowing through your hair. I also enjoyed attempted to follow the Latin sail away dancers. (I'm way out of shape). The food was excellent with a good variety. Although we always had a hard time finding the ice cream. It was either out or that section was closed. The only thing we didn't like was the overhead announcements of the days program. On other lines it is no longer announced overhead. It was hard to hear/understand. Just wished it was a longer trip.

I definitely think so. My first cruise was on the Ecstasy and think they are around the same size approximately. I don't need big and fancy, just fun and perky

We are going next month. Got an email with a great offer on Father's Day.

Any suggestions for the trip? What did you do in Freeport?

Thanks for posting the review.

We stayed at the Island Seas resort which I would advise against. We went on the Bonfire excursion at Taino beach, which is good if you like drinking and dancing. Not an excursion for younger family members though. The Islands Seas Resort is pretty, if you are just enjoying the facilities, but I don't recommend staying there
