lauren0309 Posted July 4, 2017 #1 Share Posted July 4, 2017 It's 2 weeks now and I still can't get onto Royal Caribbeans website to look for a future cruise. I get onto their main page and when I go to find cruises, it says webpage not found. I can always book a cruise by calling them but if I need to go onto their website to do online check in, I wont be able to or pick an excursion or do anything else for that matter. Does anyone else have that same problem?
reallyitsmema Posted July 4, 2017 #2 Share Posted July 4, 2017 I have been pricing cruises with no issues. Have you cleared your browsing history, cleared cookies and cache in the last two weeks? Makes a huge difference for me if I clean everything up.
swoopy2110 Posted July 4, 2017 #3 Share Posted July 4, 2017 They should have a notification on the website for when it's working. It'd be less hassle if the norm was for people to expect it not to be working
Caribbeancruzin Posted July 4, 2017 #4 Share Posted July 4, 2017 We couldn't get in to our reservation today, I called them and they "unlocked" the account. not sure what that means but I was able to access it then. Maybe try calling if you're logged in and trying to look.
majorjan Posted July 4, 2017 #5 Share Posted July 4, 2017 Delete all the cookies on the browser, then it will work, or you can use incognito window, since I've done that, I can get into the website, after months of trying
cruzgryphon Posted July 5, 2017 #6 Share Posted July 5, 2017 Try using a different browser. I've encountered the same problem you've encountered a few times and it worked fine when I switched browsers (IE to Chrome or vice versa).
Sydney32203 Posted July 5, 2017 #7 Share Posted July 5, 2017 I couldn't login to My Cruises and Crown & Anchor yesterday. I then tried to reset my password and it didn't work either. Rang customer care and they told me there is problems with the site and I had to email Crown & Anchor to rest my password.
HicksRA Posted July 5, 2017 #8 Share Posted July 5, 2017 I was able to get into Booking today on Bing. No luck on Safari or Firefox.
csnarpy Posted July 5, 2017 #9 Share Posted July 5, 2017 On iPad and iPhone I found that safari won't work and get that exact error. So I use Firefox, works perfectly.
shipmate13 Posted July 5, 2017 #10 Share Posted July 5, 2017 I had that problem and when I switched to Chrome, I got right on.
Rare AbeFroman2 Posted July 5, 2017 #11 Share Posted July 5, 2017 I really feel bad for those that have issues. I use Chrome exclusively for all web browsing and have never had an issue with their website, outside of the occasional endless adding of a zero to my reservation number, which prevents me from getting into my booking. Even that, though, is usually cleared up by re-starting Chrome. Perhaps try doing it through Chrome going forward.
