I will be getting an Odyssey block next month (or whenever they have them). I’m booked on the Wonder in March and am wondering if I can get enough points to get one then. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. Who am I kidding? Maybe some other time.

If the Harmony TA happens we will not only get an Odyssey block in January, but a Stratum as well👍

We have 263 points and this is the first time I've heard of the crystal blocks. What do we have to do to get one?

Go back through your cruises and figure out on which ships/sailings you reached 140 points and 210 points, then call the Crown & Anchor desk (+1.800.526.9723) and let them know you never received crystal blocks for those ships on those sailings. And when you're on a sailing where you'll reach 280 points, proactively visit the Loyalty Ambassador onboard and inquire about it.

What block were you expecting?  Was it the Odyssey since those were on order in August?

Yes.  Odyssey in September.

They told me on board they were struggling to find a new manufacturer.  Looks like they still are.

I'm sure it's somewhere in the 46 pages of this thread but I thought I'd ask.

Are the blocks per person or per couple?

Do my wife and I each get one?

1 per household.

I asked C&A why we only get one?

No acceptable answer.

I told them we paid for two...shouldn't we get two? Still no acceptable answer.

Finally, I asked...what if my wife and I divorced, who gets the crystal block?

Answer "Sir, I don't know...but call us back if that happens" :classic_blink:

It is one block per couple, or relationship to use their definition from Rule #3 of the C&A benefits list.
