Post-Cruise Survey

We've been off the ship for a week and are wondering when the post-cruise survey will arrive. It would be good to do it while things are still fresh - there are lots of compliments and a few suggestions we'd like to offer. Can anyone give me an idea of about when the survey will arrive? Or, have I missed getting it?

 

Since sailing what I have been getting is at least 1 email from Cunard per day (or more) thanking me for sailing with them. We've now been thanked so many times it is starting to underscore the value/meaning of the thank you! We also get offer emails so it is a lot of Cunard email. I'd hate to have to unsubscribe, but I may have to if this continues.

On our double crossing on Queen Mary 2 November 2017, we never did receive a survey after returning home, even though it was mentioned on board. I did check junk.

The same here; cruising last November on QV. They told us that we would receive a survey when we are back home, but never did.

I received my survey a week after cruise ended.

However , it went to a old email that I havn't used in years.

It is an email that no longer appears in my World Club profile or in my Reservation ?

I just can't believe that somebody feels that they get "too many" emails and then consider unsubscribing from the Cunard site as they feel "devalued".

Just amazing ..................

I have been back 4 days and have received no survey, but I am getting the daily emails from Cunard thanking me for sailing.

We disembarked last Friday and received the email survey and a follow up email. Don't recall what day it was as we we were still traveling and didn't get home until last night.

We cruised on QV twice last year and didn't receive survey after either cruise.

Shame as although both cruises were excellent, we did have some comments. Maybe Cunard aren't really interested in what their passengers think?

Now five days on shore, still getting the thank you messages. And now we have received a reminder to turn in our survey, but we never received the survey. Positively silly.
