Sicily is fabulous, full of historic sites, wonderful scenery and great food and wine. However many things are inland so this would have to have some longer stays to allow people to visit Villa Romana Casale or the Baroque towns or the Valley of the Temples. If the cruise is a couple weeks long this would be fantastic.

Your suggestion of new country intensive for Sicily is intriguing, and I’ve passed on this suggestion to our deployment expert, Michael Pawlus. We take a great deal of effort in planning our itineraries, with particular attention to being able to satisfy our guests profitably. In other words, the deployment must have an appeal to our pan-anglo market, when that occurs we are in a sweet spot. Itinerary planning is a bit art and a bit science. Thanks for the suggestions.

Thanks Larry. Michael might have a look at this itinerary:

[i would much rather do this cruise on Azamara than Noble Caledonia!]

Hi Host Jazzbeau,

Larry asked me to let you know we will investigate the Sicily suggestion. Thanks for your input!
