Login on Cruise Critic

I have been away from this site for a couple of years.....

 

I use to log in and it would retain my log in as long as I didn't log out.

 

Now I have to log in every time.

 

Is there something I'm missing or is just new procedure?:confused:

Are you checking the box that says "Remember Me"?

I don't have to sign in every time I come to this site.

I do have the box "remember me" checked off.

I don't have to log in every time when I'm on this computer, but I do on my laptop. EM

Most of us do not have this issue.

 

If it is your first time back in a long time I am sure you had to put in the information.

 

It might now have recognized you, your device or your browser.

 

Make sure when you log in that to the left of remember me that you check that.

Also make sure that your browser is accepting session cookies.

Also check if you have loaded any privacy or ad-blocking software. Sometimes this will interfere with websites.

The most likely reason is that your browser is clearing cookies whenever you close it. You need to go into your browser settings and make sure that it does not clear cookies on logout. You also need to make sure that your browser remembers log ins.

Yes, do please FIRST try marking the Remember Me.

Just doing that works for most of us. :)

I too have not been on Cruise Critic for over a year and can not remember how to get on the Roll Call.  Everybody’s post use to go straight to my email, now they do not.  Don’t know what I am doing wrong.

When were you last using CC?  There was a major redo in Oct 2018 that scrambled everything up.

 

To find your Roll Call go to the main forum page and scroll down to "Roll Call" forum.  Scroll through to find your cruise line and click on it.  Then find your ship, click on that, then scroll down and see if there is, indeed, a Roll Call for your cruise.

 

If there is one, click on that link, at the top of the first page, right side, there's a "Follow" button.  Click on that and check the notification setting you want.  Then click the "Follow" button on the lower left of that window.
