Suite Pictures - Majestic Princess

Recommended Posts

Looking for anyone who has sailed the Majestic and has stayed in the two aft OS suites on Emerald Deck (E728/E729) or anyone who may have pictures of these two suites. I've done an exhaustive search of the net (cruise ship deck plans included) and have come up empty.....

Thanks in advance for any replies.....:):):)

Bob - they'll look just like the ones on Royal or Regal essentially. Lots of videos and pictures of those.

Somewhat but as with the Majestic, it looks like Princess made the two Emerald deck aft suites bigger while leaving them as Owners Suites. This differs from the other aft suites that were recatogorized as Penthouse Suites after originally being categorized as Owners Suites (Royal/Regal). I know that renderings can be deceptive (for one thing they continually use the Riveria deck side PH suites as renderings for aft suites) but those two Emerald deck aft suites definitely look bigger. The renderings also state the Emerald suites are 879 sq. feet (incl balcony) while the PH aft suites vary between the high 500 sqft to middle/middle high 600 sqft range.....:):):)

That is simply AMAZING!!  Do you happen to know the different between the Owners Suites and the Penthouse Suites on the Majestic?  (I am in a Deck 9 Penthouse in a months time :-) :-) ) Thanks so much.

Hi Vickie,

As far as I know the Penthouse Suites are located at the stern of the ship and should be similar in decor but a smaller than the Owners Suites. Take a look at this picture. The suite in the bottom corner is the Owners Suite E728 on Deck 7 so yours may two decks above. You can check the deck plans to find out exactly where it's located. Screenshot_20180616-000915.thumb.png.8b063c1c4bf94e46504bd87874dcf539.png

You never know. I never thought I'd be traveling in a suite like this. Let's just say the universe works in mysterious ways. Never give up hope!😉20180915_135021.thumb.jpg.a19fc6eecf8c5a29685d725322058536.jpg20180915_134609.thumb.jpg.d9086a2b2d65281e1e2bcb79e6a18235.jpg

To  my knowledge the Majestic has 8 Penthouse Suites on Rivera Deck in the 400s, 1 of which is Handicapped Accessible. I'm interested in this Suite for my 60th or 65th Birthday Cruise, when I have qualified as Elite with Princess Cruises. Equally those photos of the shower look good, with the grab rail I should be quite safe. Thanks to those who provided such detailed photos. I now have another location option if the Handicapped Accessible Penthouse Suite is already booked!

Hi, Vickie

I'm booked in a Aft Penthouse on Dolphin for the Inaugural Getaway of the Sky. It's the equivalent of this room. Best I could find.

Does anyone know if there are noise issues for these Owner's Suites?  I'm considering booking one on the new Enchanted Princess for a cruise to the Mediterranean in Sept 2020.  The Owner's Suites are above the Vista Lounge on both the Sky Princess & the Enchanted Princess.

Hi SDWalt,

There are a few noise issues with this suite on the Majestic Princess. It can be noisy when docking as you are directly above the propellers at the rear of the ship. As docking usually happens early in the morning this can affect your sleep in. This didn't really bother us as you expect some noise when you're on a ship. As for being above the Vista Lounge and noise being heard in the suite. I can't really help you on this one as on the Majestic Princess the Vista Lounge was disappointingly not used very often throughout our cruise even though it would have made a great venue for dancing or live bands. On most nights there was absolutely nothing was going on in this area which I found to be a complete waste of potential for this space. So in saying that we heard no noise from the Vista Lounge at all.

Thank you for the pictures. I have been in the aft PH suites on the Royal and Regal several times. The layout is basically the same for the bedroom and bathroom. However, the living room is much bigger. I love "island" storage that backs the couch AND two chairs! Really lovely!

Hi Bob and Thrak,

I seen the picture of the OS Suites and in my opinion the Yo Ho Ho Suite on the Rowboat is way better!!!

and the drinks are Free.

Tony
