Hi Rusty,

Welcome Home. Glad to hear you enjoyed your cruise on the Coral. Isn't she a beauty? Do you happen to remember who was the Maitre'd on your sailing?

Happy Holidays

We are on the Coral on 1/3/06 to the P. Canal. Did you stop at Cozumel ? Did you tender in ? Was it a long wait for the tenders ? Any suggestions about our trip ? Was the weather hot in December ? Where did you view the canal from ? What excursions did you do ? Thanks, Knarf (Frank backwards)

Sorry, I don't remember his name. We had anytime dining and had a wonderful waiter, Aerial and assistant waiter, Katria. We made a reservation with them for the entire cruise.

We tendered to Cozumel via private tenders(not the ship's lifeboats). It was quick and no problems. Cozumel showed signs of wear and tear from the storms, but it is getting back to normal. The weather for us was in the 80's with very little rain-really perfect weather. We viewed the canal from the "secret" spot mentioned on this board: Baja forward-go through door marked "emergency exit". There were very few people there and you have an unobstructed view at the front of the ship. The only excursion we took was the Limon tours of the tram and canal boat ride-this combined tour costs $219, but is well worth it. It is a full day tour.
