Amber Cove Sky Bar

Is there any way to get up to the Sky Bar if one has mobility/breathing issues? Looking at the map of the Amber Cove port I don't think his breathing will make the walk up to it possible for him.

It looked like a cool place to hang out

I’d like to know the answer to this as well. My sister has MS and we have a hillside cabana booked. I understand that this is close to the SkyBar that we’d also like to visit. I’m concerned that the climb will be too much for her, though.
