Hows San Juan looking?

There is a lot of negative news coming out of Puerto Rico lately so I’m looking for recent experiences. We are cruising Carnival Magic in June and had planned on a self guided walking tour of old San Juan and the forts. Anything out of the norm to be wary of??

We were in OSJ in Feb. There is still visible hurricane damage to some buildings but the tourist sites are open and want visitors. We happily walked all around.

Nothing to be wary of. Have fun!
