Just returned from a cruise to St. Kitts and just wanted to say that we truly enjoyed our first visit there. We booked a Grand Island Tour with Thenford Grey's Tour and loved every minute of it. We got to see just about every part of this beautiful island and its great people. We will definitely go back!

Thanks for posting. I am so undecided as to what to do inSt.Kitts, but I am also looking for a beach excursion at the end

Have to second Thenford's tours, especially when he leads them. Our only "complaint" was there really wasn't enough time to truly enjoy the beach at ShipWreck, which I've heard is no longer. Main reason was a bit too long of time at top of Brimstone Fortress, in part, due to waiting for others to walk down. But really great time all-in-all.

You can email Thenford to book the tour with him (check out the website) -you don't have to be part of a group. We toured with him for the 4th time last month (do you think we enjoy the experience he provides? LOL) and thoroughly enjoyed the day. You cannot go wrong.

We will be there in August, and trying to figure out which tour we want to do? We are a family of 3, and our daughter is 8. We hike regularly in the Blue Ridge and Shenandoah Valley. We don't know if we want to do the Island Tour, the Capital City and Beach Splash, or the Rain forest tour. This is the first time we have been to St. Kitts. Seems like all of them have good reviews :cool:
