Elation 6C???

We booked a guarantee OV. It looks like we have been assigned room U66 on the upper deck. It is across from a stairwell. This is our first cruise and I have no idea if this is a good spot or not. HELP!!!

Also, what are the chances that this assignment can change befor we set sail on 5/16?

Any help would be greatly appreciated to set my uptight mind at ease
