Zip line/Beach Excursion

There will be 4 of us. My husband and I, both 50's, and then two sons, 20 and 15. Our two boys want to do zip lining, and my husband and I want the beach. I keep reading about the Carnival Excursions, and you seem to zip line, then beach. We are looking for an excustion, doesn't have to be with Carnival, that we can do both, but if you don't want to do the zip lining, that is ok too. If there is a bar at the beach, even better!

 

Thanks for any ideas. We haven't been to Amber Cove yet, this will be our first time, and it will also be Christmas Eve, with one other ship in port. It is the first port on our cruise.
