Questions from New Cruiser

Hi, we are going on the Fascination for a quick cruise May 31. There are 2 adults, 2 kids and we have a 6A guaranteed cabin. Are there only certain cabins that will hold 4 people and if so how are they configured. Do two beds come down from the wall, or are they on top of each other like bunk beds. Looks like the ship is pretty close to capacity, so I am not sure where we will end up. Thanks for any input.

A true quad has 4 beds. 2 are in the wall that pull down. THe other two are twin size beds that can be put together if needed. The pull down bed will be put away during the day time and made up while you are at dinner.

 

It sounds like you booked a quarantee which you may get a true quad or you may get a triple with a roll away or sofa bed.

 

Was there a big difference in price for the 3rd and 4th passenger compared to the 1st two?

The third and fourth passenger where about $100.00 less. This is the only category that was left on the ship, that is why we took it. Thanks for the info

For only 100 less I would be getting another cabin. (would be nice to have two bathrooms fro getting ready for dinners.

 

Are your 3rd and 4th young??

They are 8 and 9. We had booked a guarantee cabin and to book 2 cabins next to each other would have been over 600.00 more since our travel agent got us a good deal on the guarantee.
