Wedding Officiants

Recommended Posts

Hello all!

So, our date is set for June 2020, haven't booked yet though but will ASAP. I have a question for you all though. Wedding Officiants, can you bring your own, or do I have to use the one that they provide? We will be on RCL if that helps. :D Also, what about the photographers? Can I bring my own videographer?

I have a wedding booked for April 2019 on RCCL Harmony of the Seas.

We are bringing our own wedding officiant ( she is a dear friend). However, we live in Florida where the cruise departs from and she is a certified notary in the state. She can legally perform the ceremony and notarize our marriage certificate. We will have 2 witnesses sign as well.

In respect to photographers, RCCL does not allow you to bring on your own professional photographer. You can pay extra through one of the photography packages offered when planning your details.

They also do not allow for real flowers or plants to be brought on board. So, if you happen to be considering this, you could go with silk or other creative ways to create some wedding decor.

Good luck with your wedding and planning!

Safe travels to all! [emoji4]
