What is the earliest Luggage Drop and Car Parking NOLA

As the title says I am trying to figure out what the earliest time I can drop off my luggage and park at the Port of Nola. This is for a Carnival Triumph. Thanks in advance.

There's a few things that factor into this. When does the ship get to port that morning? When does your cruise sail? How many ships are in port?

 

For parking, it's best to arrive after disembarkation has started, just in case there were two ships worth of cars already parked... so you can be sure to get a spot that someone has vacated.

 

The time they open up depends on sailing time and availability of staff who may have been assisting with debarkation beforehand. And on the time that security decides to open the arrival screening. But for a 4 pm sailing, you could expect the embarkation lines to be open about 10 am.
