Ft. Lauderdale to Miami

Hi folks.....it is cheaper for us to fly into Ft. Lauderdale for our Miami cruise. We will spend the 1st nite in a hotel. Has anyone used SAS Transportation to get from Lauderdale to the Miami port? Were you satisfied? Are their times convenient? Thank you.

They've gotten rave reviews here on the Florida departures board for years. We'll need to get from MIA to FLL next winter and will probably use them.

I’ve used SAS several times and they’ve been mostly great. Last time we flew in a day early and ended up with a private van to out Miami hotel for the cost of a shared ride. I guess the trip balanced out however as our shuttle back to FLL was packed to the gills.

You can easily check both using your own information....no way for us to tell you.

 

We've used SAS twice with differing outcomes. You might also consider using Uber or Lyft too.

We have used SAS twice, both times we had great service. We have also been very pleased with Larry’s Limo Service. Larry’s has great rates for personal service.

Depending on what time you are landing, have you considered a car rental? You might get one that can be dropped near the port with a free shuttle.

We just used SAS and it was excellent. Driver was punctual and very nice, would use them again. We used Uber to get from Miami back to FLL and it was about $15 more than SAS.

I use SAS a lot..and I live 2 miles from FLL airport.

 

Much cheaper than driving my own car and parking

at POM.
