Last Minute on Allure - Live in D5. August 26th - Sept 2nd.

Recommended Posts

For those curious Lisa has burned through another couple of episodes. Between that, Outlander, and a mix of Bachelor/ette drivel I can only imagine her dreams this week. I might be lucky or in big trouble. That could be the same thing. ;)

On that note...

Tomorrow we are off in Nassau to avoid Atlantis, the resort so overrun it will never be lost.

Following... I couldn't believe when I searched "review" to find this. Surprised but so happy. Way to go Owen! Things were getting a bit boring here on CC after Rick's last cruise so glad to see your dad and mom acceded to your request. :)

The best cruise we did was a last minute, 6 day notice, another land trip we had planned fell thru, and we joked that we wish we could take a cruise now, challenge was accepted, and Harmony of the Seas happened! I am a planner, which I love but this adrenaline rush with no plans was really fun too!

It was our first time on the oasis class and we fell love!

Allure trip in Sept

Symphony next April!

Can’t wait to read your Live reports!

We will be on the 9-16-18 sailing, I would appreciate it if you could check out the snacks in the Diamond Lounge, last year they were great.

Great review so far:D

What time was sail away party? Trying to figure out what time to have dinner. We do have Mamma Mia planned for the first night.

Muster was 4 sailed by 5, only ship in port. We finished dinner at 7:30 and went right to the theatre. Lots of available seating when the show started.

Quote of yesterday....

We were out front of On Air before the cabins were available, a couple walks by and the lady asks out loud “does this ship have a casino”.

Headed to here today. Balmoral Island Beach Break. He have a cabana for the day.

The left half of the Island, not the Sandals half. We have actually gone to this Sandals in Nassau before and the beach was amazing on their private island. We are thinking the same should be said for the other half. We saw turtles snorkeling off the beach a few years ago so maybe even today.

Allie is with us today. At her service one of the songs played was the Hawaiian version of Somewhere over the Rainbow. I have a feeling we might find a dime today.

You are right that is the new building. There was no action in it yet but it looks close to completion. We were in room 612, top floor. It had two doubles and a pullout. It was a tub shower VS their standard shower. The room seemed a bit wider too. Not beside the elevator, but a couple past. Ice was on 5.

We love Hyatt Place Convention Center, will be there sept 15, and then again on the 23,24.

I am amazed at your outlook in the trials that life hands you. Have a great day on the beach with your family

Really looking forward to hearing about your day in Nassau! We are headed there on Symphony in April and the rest of our group is heading to Atlantis which I just can’t put myself thru!

Did you book thru the ship?

Met on the pier and took a boat that could have been faster to Balmoral Island.

On the way we stopped for some drive thru shots.

After about 15 minutes the island was on the horizon.
