Spent those last two years remodeling.  I am well versed in Island Time.

 

Of course, two hurricanes didn't help

That's for sure.  Lots of damage still evident down here in the Keys.  Mangrove islands are full of debris from the blow and storm surge.  Also a huge shortage of needed construction workers here and in the islands.  This slows work up considerably also.
