Has anyone been able to get a reply from Cunard customer services?

A couple of months ago I contacted Cunard customer services. The only reply I got was the acknowledgement.

 

I contacted them again after returning from a cruise at the end of last month and again just received an acknowledgement.

 

Do they even have customer services?

Maybe I have just been lucky, but I have has excellent responses from customer service in the past. It did take a while for them to answer my concern, but then they answered it to my satisfaction, and on the most recent occasion there was a bottle of wine from them waiting for me in my cabin when I embarked on QM2. So it is possible!

I'm still waiting for a reply from Customer Services to a query sent in August, despite sending them a reminder a week ago...nothing.

It seems that if you are a USA customer, things work very well when you call their 800#. However, over + over, here on CC, I see comments from UK citizens who have a miserable time trying to deal with them. Pretty weird, huh ?

I had a phone call in response to a letter I sent through the post, but it did take about 6 weeks. I am in the UK.

Have you tried contacting 'ukworld.club@cunard.co.uk'? When the price of our cruise plummeted early last year I emailed and had a reply next day, saying it would be forwarded to Cunard Guest Relations. I was actually contacted by a person from Carnival Group Guest Relations, rather than Cunards.

Had excellent service from Cunard customer services in the u.k after making a complaint following our QM2 cruise last year.
