I found the elevator, it's to the left of restrooms. White door on deck 16 on starboard side.

John, I am really enjoying your review and your photos. Thanks for taking the time!

My husband loves DSB. I thought it was like a very long SNL skit since I am not a Journey fan.

I really appreciate all your photos.

Balloon drop

It was late in my opinion. They gave away a few 2 day Symphony cruises.

John,

Can handicapped, suite guests use that crew elevator to get up to the suite deck?

Those cabanas on the Suite sun deck don’t exist on Symphony as that is now the ceiling/roof of Hooked. When we were on the inaugural cruise it was just a huge open area with no shade. There was talk of adding loungers in the area which has probably happened .

We loved Harmony even with the added slides , Abyss etc but would not choose to go back on Symphony unless the deal was a steal.

Is this the “Meal with an Officer” on Friday? I am mostly familiar with Grandeur where the 350s+ have a very nice luncheon and the Pinnacles have a dinner in one of the specialty restaurants. It’s always interesting to see the differences between ships.

That's what I have been told by officers on Oasis. I'm not sure a scooter would fit, but the laundry tub is pretty big, so maybe. I dont recall the door being an issue

No specialty venue can hold 250 guests.

When we travelled on Oasis with 60 PC we did me as l with officer in a Central Park venue. They rotate it every week. Always lunch though.

Things could be different with less pins.

Pretty sure the 350 meal already happened.

I forgot to tell you something. During President Q&A it was asked about a new ship in Baltimore. They agreed that Radiane would fit, but since Grandeur has such low prices and margins they would not port a Radiance ship there. He then added, not unless you want to see a large price increase. Silence.....

Random ship tidbit. This ship is huge. Lots of walking around.

Weekly step count averages were 11,500 last week and 8,000 this week. And that is without any track time. Just walking here and there.

John, the withdrawal after 2 weeks on Harmony has to be pretty bad.
I'm looking forward to crashing in 3 days.

Laura heads to Barcelona on the 15th or so for Vision TA.

How is your withdrawal?

Do you not take any extras? Last January we had a two day extension of a trip due to mechanical issues. There were a lot of retirees on the trip as well as college kids who were still on break. Most were pretty happy with the extension — except those who did not bring any extra meds. Do you and Laura have a strategy? I always bring at least 5 days extra. (This could be a “public service announcement” for those who have never thought about it”.) Katherine

This was the gift left in cabins of Pinnacle Club Members, an insulated mug. I think it's sort of funny that so many PC Members dislike being referred to as Pineapples and yet this is the gift from RCI!!!
