Christmas decor?

Recommended Posts

Last year when we were on the QV Caribbean cruise Nov-Dec, a Canadian company came on board for a few days to beautifully attire the ship in decorations. We spoke to them and they told us that for the past few years they had done all the Cunard ships. With this in mind, QM2 will probably be festooned sometime in early December.

We've done this cruise a few times, by the end of the cruise, almost everything should be ready for Christmas.  It's so pretty.

I was onboard QM2 for the late November Caribbean Cruise in 2016 and most of the decorations were in place (more added during the voyage).

Many of the decorated rooms can been seen here: https://www.flickr.com/photos/pepperrn/albums/72157627503155752

Last year there was not one iota of decoration on the same cruise, but that may have been due to the movie premier that was held in New York the evening the ship returned.

I had this picture of the train.  According to the display, it was made from 60 kg of Godiva chocolate,

The characters from Wind in the Willows seem to be on board every Christmas!!  Clearly they have good taste in how to spend their holiday 😁
