I would say Aruba but it is funny I lost mine and ended up ordering one on Amazon that I love because you order your exact size.

those are pretty pricy, I paid about $60 in St.Thomas, silver is not that expensive

I purchased one a few years ago, online.  Someone on our roll call before our last cruise had one, mentioned she was considering getting another one (different style) on our St. Thomas day since they were planning on going over to St. John, where she'd purchased her first one (basic design).  She posted a picture when some of us asked about it.  I LOVED it and planned to purchase one while in St. Thomas.  Something made me think they were unique to the Virgin Islands, but I may be wrong.  I posted the question on the Ports of Call forums in the St. Thomas board asking "where" I could purchase a nice one, not a cheaper, knock off version.  Several recommended Sonya Ltd. in St. Croix, where they can be purchased online.  A few other places, including a place in St. John, were also recommended, but Sonya Ltd., had the best prices for what I wanted.  I ordered online and I actually had it in less than a week.  Their communication is great and they emailed me a couple times to make sure the size I wanted was correct and also the width.  If ordering online, you will need to measure the wrist you'd be wearing it on.  They are to fit a little snug, so they need the exact measurement of your wrist.  That was my "purchase" for the Virgin Islands.  Although I did try it on to make sure it fit when it was delivered, I did not wear it until the evening after St. Thomas That way, it actually felt like a nice memento from our cruise.  Attaching link to their website in case you want to compare places/prices.

It was about $90 but it was a thicker one (6mm). It was about the same price as I paid in St Croix and am extremely happy with it.
