Driving from MCO to Naples

the mainline plazas around Orlando have cash lanes ... you should only see tolls in the orlando area. (I'd go 417 to I-4 west to I-75 to Naples)

but watch the signs cuz the cash lanes can look like an exit to some, electronic payment lanes go straight

btw your rental company has a way to pay the tolls via electrons. some charge outrageously for this service, others are quite reasonable. See:  https://www.sunpass.com/en/tolls/rentalVehicles.shtml

You can get from MCO to I-4 without using 417 (toll) but I'd take 417.  $5 in quarters will get you thru and you can use the exact change lane (faster than attended lane but if you're from Jersey you are familiar with tolls!)
