These kinds of things don't  work for me because we're perfectly satisfied in G category on Mariner and Voyager:  have no wish to be upgraded to a higher deck or whatever.   Interesting, too, that these "specials" are just on Voyager and Mariner.

If your existing booking was made onboard, you can ask your TA to request the Best Price Guarantee. You will either get the upgrade or a reduced price. Your choice. We have successfully done both ways.
