Busy day tomorrow - all dam ships moved to FLL/PEV pier 21 [& sometimes 19]. They'll probably leave on the different screens all at the same time. Don't need to listen for toots in Tampa - though. 😞

Thank you, Kathi.  Are you snowed in?

No, we did not get any snow just a ton of rain.  What a difference 90 miles makes!

Got here in time to watch the Volendam docking, looks like the NA  will be a little late.

Copper, I'm going to argue with you and say it is at capacity.  When the new terminal opens the capacity will be 8 but my take is it's 7 right now.

You can always argue with me, and I'll give you that one Roy :classic_wink: In the above pic, Berth 25 is in use by an RCI ship. Currently, that berth/terminal, actually #25/22/24 is being renovated and still under construction so thusly not operational. Hard to believe, but on on December 21, 2003, Port Everglades had a record 15!! cruise ships (obviously not simultaneously) in port. No other port in the world has hosted 10 or more cruise ships on a single day. The closest competitor is the Port of Barcelona with 9 ships on August, 26, 2011

Aerial photo looking south of the Cruise Terminal 25 construction area showing several building walls have been torn down and land has been leveled for new construction.
