What is an “interline” rate please?

Interline rates are deeply discounted rates extended (primarily) to airline employees to travel at late notice. I think the general theory is these employees can fly last minute at little or no cost and thus is good way to fill the ship.

You can't see with free cabins if the ship is (almost) full. The customers who booked with Guarantee are filled later on.
