I'm at a loss as to how to get RCI promo emails.  I check the box under my communications preferences... then a few days later it's unchecked again.  Calling and having an agent set my preferences does the same thing.  Sigh.  Been this way for years.

Yep, me too.  No matter what I can't get promotional emails.

 

However my step-daughter who is gold got an upgrade email for our next cruise.  I did not get the upgrade email so we used her email to submit a bid.

I'm getting them sporadically,  just not this one.

Received two.  One for our Sunday Dec 2 Oasis and one for Rhapsody Feb 16.  Bid on both and none accepted.  The cabins categories that were presented for bid, are basically non existent.   I have very low expectations.  We are also in suites for both of these cruises if that makes a difference in the offer for bid process.

None for our 1/19 Adventure (which has balconies still open) or for our 5/25 Symphony (which has everything).

 

I get all the marketing emails.
