At terminal and all

checked in!! Sitting in VIP lounge waiting to board. It’s my goal to be the first over the threshold.

Great pics!

Nice there is a VIP lounge to wait.  I don't think we had one when we boarded in Civi a few years ago.

Good luck in achieving your goal and have fun crossing that threshold. 😄

Here’s a few pics. I’ve taken a ton so far. One difference I see between this ship and the K-Dam is up in the Crows Nest. The bar doubles as the coffee bar. The nice loungers along the front window are very different. There’s more of them and they are quite comfy. Also, on the port side is an openish room that looks like it will be used for EXC talks or other lectures. Looks like it sits about 60-75 people.

There also seems to be more quiet seating areas and more books in their library. I think it’s a nice compromise. Like maybe Corporate heard us.

Thank you, Sherita!  What great photos!  Do you have one of the bar/coffee bar you mentioned?  I am wondering how well that will work out, but maybe the two libations are more popular at different times of the day for the most part, and it will not cause problems.  Anyone who finds out more about that, please let us know!

Meanwhile,

Bon Voyage!  And Thank You!

Sherita thanks for taking us along. Does it smell like a new car?😀

Have you seen where Orange dining is yet and how does it look?

My best to Snort!

The ship definitely has the “new car”

smell.

The Orange dining looks exactly

like the Culinary Arts room looked. ☹️

They also still have that wasted space of the wine blending room across from the “orange” dining room. Sigh.

Seems like Orange was a last minute change as we thought it would be different from Koningsdam’s Culinary Center? Thanks for the pics and news. Enjoy. Bon Voyage.

PS. Upon your recommendations we did switch to T-Mobile.
