Reservations opening?

Sorry if this has been asked before, I tried searching and nothing really seemed to match.

 

We're on a September cruise.  When should we expect specialty dining and show reservations to be available to book?

120 days. 130 days for Haven (and maybe suites).

Reservations open 120 days prior to departure. For best selection of dining times, book as close to 120 days as possible. 

 

Show reservations are only available on the megaships (Epic, Breakaway, Getaway, Escape, Bliss, Joy (and soon to come Encore)). All of the smaller ships, entertainment is first come first serve.

Do you need to have made Final Payment to make dinner reservations? Some people are still "grandfathered" in that Final Payment is 90 days  from departure date but reservations are 120 days.
