Got a few questions.

 

1.  Do they have an unlimited laundry package?

2.  Do we each need to purchase a New Grounds Coffee Card? Do they charge tax if we request delivery on day 2?

3.  How much does it cost to use the laundremat?  The last time, the closest laundremat was out of order the entire 14 day cruise.  Have they improved?

No coffee cards now as it’s done on your stateroom card/account

$3 a load with purchase of tokens. Buy tokens ahead of time in case of a shortage.

$3 for a washer token

$3 for a dryer token

$1.5 for a token to purchase detergent, etc

No cash involved. Present your cruise card or OM device to the reader on the machine in the laundromat. 

We used the w/d twice and had no problems either time.

1.  Do they have an unlimited laundry package? No. Laundromat is cheaper. Unless you book a suite or reach Platinum or Elite.

If you purchase on embarkation day, the "tab" is usually handwritten and the charge is put in after you're at sea. If in doubt, just wait until your in the ocean and cruising. Easiest place to purchase is the coffee bar adjacent to the International Cafe. Also, there's usually a table set up in the buffet.

3. Have they improved? Re: laundromat...sometimes they're out of service, most of the time they're up and running. Most ships have two on each deck.

1. Unlimited laundry is for Elite and suites so the answer is no.

2. You each can purchase the New Grounds Coffee package or you can share one package but the holder of the card has to get the coffee.  The "card" is actually added electronically  to your cruise card.  The old punch card is gone.  They will scan your cruise card and note that you have the package.  There is no sales tax either before you sail or on the ship.  You have to use all 15 drinks on the cruise as there is no carry over to another cruise. 

3. There is a laundromat on every deck and back when we had to use them they worked.  Princess is in the process of making so that you just use your cruise card to charge the laundry but not on all ships yet.  So it depends on which ship you will be boarding.
