JuneBugFL Posted December 29, 2018 #1 Share Posted December 29, 2018 I normally sail on Norwegian, but there wasn't anything available for a good price in the week I was looking to book (Spring Break 2019). So this is going to be my first time on Royal. I saw that when I was booking there was the option to pre pay the gratuities, but I didn't at the time. NCL allows you to pre pay at any time before sailing, but I haven't found anything like this on my cruise planner for Royal. Is that an option, or am I just going to have to have it added to my on board charges at this point? Thanks! p.s. not trying to start any tipping controversy! voyager70 Posted December 29, 2018 #2 Share Posted December 29, 2018 Call and ask. I've never pre paid mine but I can't imagine them not taking your money up front!
Rare mduffy1834 Posted December 29, 2018 #3 Share Posted December 29, 2018 Just call RCCL and speak to the "already booked" department. You can pre-pay your gratuities - I did this last week for my April 2019 TA on Serenade. Easy to do and now I won't have to worry about them taking it out every day. Have fun and enjoy Royal
