Thanks for the info on Radical Adventures, quick question......did you spend anytime sailing and enjoying the catamaran or were the locations that you visited close by? How long were you out for?

Thanks

The location of snorkeling areas were pretty close by, maybe 40 mins each way. I think his main concern was getting us back to the port with 2 to 3 hours to spare which we appreciated. We never actually sailed, we had no wind to speak of.

I would definitely recommend them

Is the $79 dollar drink card offered every day? Or only on Wednesday? 4 of those would make a lot more sense than a drink package for us. Thanks!

Not every day and not even every cruise.  If it shows up, it's usually in the last half of the cruise.

Correct Bob, it showed on day 4. Still a good value, most mixed drinks are $10 to $12.

Are you using the new Royal App if so is it very reliable? We are on the Liberty in May can't wait loving the review.

We are using it but not to the full extent. We can pretty much look at the planner. We've had mtd reservations and specialty dinning reservations since day 1 and they don't show up on the app. If you can make reservations on the app, I haven't figured it out. The restaurants come up but I can't see a way to book

Sorry for the delays, the internet had been very slow to upload pixs.  We didn't do anything in Belize except get off the boat and walk the shops. Kinda boring, to me Cozumel has way better shopping. We didn't book any excursions since we already had things planned in Roatan and Cozumel. My advice, book something in Belize or plan to do an excursion when you got on the dock cause there is really nothing there.

I’m enjoying your posts and pictures very much!  Thank you for taking the time to do this!  Four of us will be on the Liberty on Jan. 20th, so we are especially interested in this thread.  I have a favor to ask of you....do you know if the Caribbean band called Men of Culture is presently on the Liberty?  They play reggae and other Caribbean music on the pool deck and/or the Promenade.  We have enjoyed their music on two past cruises on other ships, and last Fall on th Adventure of the Seas, I went up to them on the last night to thank them and tell them how much we enjoyed them.  The lead singer told me that they had just requested to be assigned to play on the Liberty, starting in January.  Are they there?  It would be listed in the Compass, but I’m sure you know that.  Thanks!

Our waitress, Margaret brought out apps n pastas for the table we just had to order our mains. It was a really nice dinner.

Thanks everyone for following along.  Arrived home last night around 4pm after a 12 hour drive on Sunday and 9 on Monday.

Disembarking was pretty easy, from room to shuttle was 45 mins total, the hardest part was knowing how the lines were going to go for self assist.  We had "B" tags for self assist for 8 am in the dinning room deck 4, by the time we got down the dinning room was full and the line was through the elevator bays, around the R bar and centrum area and back through the second elevator bay.  We were towards the end of the line which was pretty close to sliding glass doors going out to the deck where you would walk off the boat.  We thought we're right here, we should be able to just walk out the slider when it opens, well instead of opening up the main sliders they opened some secret door at the very back of the dinning room.  So much for our plan 😞

Either way, only 45 mins.  They had 12 customs agents so customs was really fast.   We used ez cruise parking and they were waiting for us when we walked out of the terminal, very fast and easy plus the lot is only 1 block from the terminal.

Overall the cruise was very good, we didn't do a lot of activities or shows but we relaxed and just enjoyed cruising.  Meals were all good, standard fare.  Service was excellent everywhere we were.  Any questions, ask away, I do have all the compasses I think so I can always refer to those.

I'll leave with a few ships pics
