What's fun to do here besides stingrays and scuba/snorkeling?

We have a trip coming here soon. All of the activities here seem to be dominated by sting rays / scuba, etc. To be honest, we will probably just find a beach to lounge at and a restaurant for food. I'd also like to know if there's anything else here that is really cool. Thanks.

Charter a private boat ride for the day or half day.  of course  it will come with snorkeling and the stops you want. I do not remember the names of the stops but we snorkeled 3 times stopped at rum point for food and loved it.

There is a submarine trip there that isn't far from the cruise terminal.

 

Lots of water sports activities along Seven Mile Beach including parasailing, SUP, banana boats, etc.

 

The Cayman National Museum has a lot of cultural stuff, as does Pedro St James.

IMHO.... there is nothing to do but the stingrays, snorkeling, or scuba.  All other things, like Turtle farm are just 1 hour visits max.  If you want to just sit on a beach, and drink, then you can do that...but you can do that at any port.
