This was my bucket list trip.  We used Coastal Helicopter  and did the dog sledding and 1 stop at  Herbert Glacier.  Its pretty expensive, but worth every penny.  Brought back a small rock  from the the glacier.  Loved the trip.  Went dog sledding (snow) and saw the unbelievable glacier water.  Also got to meet the newest puppies.

Any recommendations on a tour company for helicopter to a glacier and dogsledding in Juneau would be greatly appreciated.

There is an entire section of CC devoted to ports of call. Alaska has its own sub forum.

Here is the link:  https://boards.cruisecritic.com/forum/33-alaska/

That is the best place to look. One word of advice book as soon as you can places are very limited and those tours sell out very early.

Alaska was our first cruise so we took the one offered on NCL.  They were red 🙂.    I’ve learned since the value of booking direct.   Do NOT skip this!  Yes it’s exoens, but worth it.  The “dog sledding” on a wagon in town just doesn’t count to me.      Enjoy!!
