Pride of America advice

I will be sailing on the pride of America on August 31. I have been reading reviews and I haven't read anything good! Maybe because I read the reviews in  December 2018 and eveyone

was complaining about the maintenance.

Can anyone tell me the pros and cons on this ship!

Would also like some info on Pride of America. 

 

I have cruise mostly Royal Caribbean, once Carnival and one Celebrity.  Will be our first time on NCL.  Any pointers??

 

Also, is there a separate thread just for the Pride????  I'm not finding much info on the main board for NCL, but it all I find
