It seems some ships, maybe all ,no longer hold happy hour at the Crows Nest but at Billboard.

Is this the case? Im thinking the 4 o'clock hour specifically aboard the Eurodam.

Any feedback is appreciated.

Thanks,

We just got off the Eurodam on Sunday and on port days at 4:00 we played Where in the World Travel Trivia in the Corw's Nest.  Each time, the EXC guide leading trivia announced that at 4:00 happy hour would be up there.  This was not advertised in the Where and When so if you weren't up there, you would not know about it.

It followed the Trivia games wherever they were in January.  We did one at BB Kings, most nights it was in the Billboard Bar  - the CD who was running the trivia announced Happy Hour.  The bar waiters waved their arms and said no Happy Hour.  A few minutes later, it was cleared up and Happy Hours was where the trivia was.  - I don't know about the other areas, we had the drink package.

It seems that they try to drive traffic to the less popular bars for happy hour. It makes sense from a business standpoint. There's no reason to offer discounts to go to a lounge that's going to be busy anyway.

Most happy hours will be in the daily programs.

Is this recent?  We are cruising on the Eurodam in March and want to know about Happy Hour on the  Eurodam.  Thanks!

Were on this cruise with you Cruizer Bill!

I often thought it depended on the length of cruise. I was on a HAL cruise a few years back that had NO happy hour and a 28day last April where Happy Hour was everyday in the Crows Nest and in the Ocean Bar 4p-5p just after Trivia.
