The brewing is done inside The Tap and Still hamburger restaurant. You can see the stainless steel vats if you go to the restaurant but that's about all you see.

 

They opened up a "brewtique" across the street that serves the Rock City beer and shirts and caps. Nice place.

 

Both are located in Havensight.
