room servise with easy packages and fantastica experience

Hello!

 

We are cruising this year with msc and booked fantastica experience and easy all inclusive package.

Does anyone know is room servise free of charge because in fantastica it is but

on easy packages it is not. 

I am a little bit confused. 

What is the meaning of fantastica experience if you can not order drink in the room?

Money waisted?

Because with Fantastica you can order food from room service and not pay a fee.  Just take a drink back to the cabin with you.

Because we have coeliac disease thay can not provideus gluten free food in our room so it will be nice if they provide us drink. When I book a cruise there was no posibillity to book bella that is all I need in this circumstances.

Easy is a drink package and not a cabin grade/experience like Bella, Fantastica, Aurea, Wellness and Yacht Club.

Room service only starts at Fantastica level.

There are three alcohol drink packages, Easy, Premium and Premium plus.

Dave ... the wording for the drinks packages will cause some confusion.  For Easy and Premium the following is stated:

 

"The following items are not included in the package: tobacco, souvenir glasses, ice cream menu, retail items, minibar and room service."
