Any decent snorkeling from shore?

Hi, husband and I are experienced snorkelers looking for decent spot to snorkel from shore. Any suggestions? Thanks!

East of the pier.. (to your right off the dock, past the excursion pier and whale statue.  Wear water shoes.

 

Be advised there may or may not be sea life and water could be rough, especially down toward  Boaby Point.

 

Other "best" place is up at Pillory Beach/ Bohio Resort.  Closer to the Wall. 

 

But honestly, best snorkeling is off shore around the Wall.  Ship excursion or private.
