Bogus reviews

Hello:

I'll be happy to respond here.  Truthfully I do not blame anyone for putting in an anonymous cabin number, especially when writing a full-fledged review of their cruise that might contain negative comments.  We ask for sail date, and we display the month and year. It wouldn't be too difficult for someone to figure out who wrote the review.

We use a number of factors and algorithms (including real humans!!) to moderate our cruise review content before it appears on the site.  It was obvious to us the member used an anonymous cabin number to submit.

If you have any additional questions, please write to me at:  community@cruisecritic.com as broberts suggested.
