patty1955 Posted February 21, 2019 #2 Share Posted February 21, 2019 We don't fight the profile either but we're going anyway. Some of it doesn't appeal to us but a lot does. We're excited to try Virgin and really looking forward to seeing Havana.
doll80 Posted February 21, 2019 #3 Share Posted February 21, 2019 I will say that none of the marketing uses the word "millennial". I think they're looking for "young at heart". As a millennial, I will say we like anyone fun and open. We are all welcome!
patty1955 Posted February 21, 2019 #4 Share Posted February 21, 2019 I don't pay attention to most of the cruise lines marketing. They all make it look like the only people who cruise are 20-somethings wearing designer clothes.
Whitefacekat Posted February 22, 2019 Author #5 Share Posted February 22, 2019 Very excited about the ship after seeing all the photo representations
1Crazycruiser2 Posted February 22, 2019 #6 Share Posted February 22, 2019 They are supporting solo travel so it’s worth a try. Millennials aren’t usually solo so they know who will pay the bills. lol

StudentoftheWorld Posted November 18, 2019 #10 Share Posted November 18, 2019 We are booked on this as well. Still wishing the port stop was Cuba, but now we have more time to stay aboard and explore many of the food & drink options. See you all in 339 days!

StudentoftheWorld Posted August 17, 2020 #13 Share Posted August 17, 2020 On Virgin's website there is this August 6th announcement: Based on the recent CLIA extension of the voluntary suspension of sailings through October 31st, 2020, our first four sailings have been impacted — and we’ll be working closely with our Sailors and First Mates to provide the most fair and flexible cancellation options out there. Has anyone heard from Virgin regarding the suspension of our cruise, or have you all already canceled on your own?
