One year we stayed at Embassy Suites near the airport. They had a Stay and Cruise rate which included shuttle service to the ship terminal.

Last time we were there, a few years ago, we just grabbed a taxi.  It was 20.00 plus tip.

If you look under shore excursions for your cruise there might be a shuttle option through carnival from the airport to the port. There is one on mine.

Otherwise, just like everyone else said: Uber, Lyft, taxi, city bus if you are feeling adventurous......

Carnival offers shuttle service from the local airport to every port from which they sail.

if you want to wait and wait and wait for the shuttle to be full. Uber will be there in 5 minutes or less and 1/3 the price of a taxi, taxis will be there and waiting

Taxi from MIA to cruise ships is currently $27.00 flat rate.

I used Uber the last time I flew into Miami and it was $11.55 to get to port.  On the return, I jumped in a regular taxi which was already waiting in the taxi line.  They were charging flat rates that day for $19.75 to get to airport.

Unfortunately every taxi driver has their own flat rate, ask around

well, if he has the time, walking is an option.

We used Lyft. I think it was around $15 and I couldn't imagine a simpler way to go.
