How to Contact Food and Beverage Director

Hello! I searched before looking, but what I found didn't work. 

 

For our upcoming sailing on Navigator, I am hosting a Pub Crawl. We have very high interest, and I would like to connect with the food and beverage director/manager ahead of time to make some arrangements and ensure we are not being a burden on the bars we plan to visit. 

 

Does anyone know the e-mail addresses for this person on Navigator? I found an e-mail address of nv_fbmanager@rccl.com, but I just get an auto-reject.

 

Any ideas?

You want the Bar Manager.  Ask any bartender once onboard and they will fetch the Bar Manager for you.

Thanks Bob. I was really hoping to talk to/e-mail someone ahead of time, so if we have to change plans or make adjustments, I can get in touch with our large group ahead of time while everyone has e-mail.

If anyone in your group is Diamond (or above) and/or has a Grand Suite or better, I would initiate contact via the respective concierge.  They may be able to act as the middleman.  I would not presume to give out the Bar Manager's email address without permission.
