Aloe Vera Factory on our own?

We’ll be on Royal Caribbean Navigator in a couple of weeks and have a stop in Aruba. Is it possible to visit the Aloe Vera Factory on our own? Take a bus? I know we’d have to walk some after the bus. Walk the entire distance? What would the cost of a taxi be and would a taxi be easily available for the return?

Having been there recently as one stop on a shore excursion I can't imagine why anyone would want to spend the money and time to go there via taxi . The factory tour is really fast and  not very interesting and of course the last stop on the tour is at the shop where they sell their products.

If you want to buy some aloe vera products they're available for sale at a shop in the cruise terminal for the same price as at the factory.

We did a morning tour of Aruba with an air conditioned bus.

The Aloe Factory was one stop, the rocks another, and the beach bridge another.

It's best to take a tour of the countryside for a few hours rather than go to one place.

We have plans for the beach on this day also, so no interest in an island tour. We just wanted to add the Aloe factory in as something else to do, because we do have an interest in it. We just weren’t sure of the best mode of transportation to get there.

If you’re at the beach and can’t make the tour, the Holiday Inn on Palm Beach has an Aruba Aloe Shop.
