I have booked cabin 7138. I know it is a wake facing cabin. I want to know if the veranda is completely covered from sun.

No. Depending on the direction of travel and the time of day, you will get sun on the balcony.

I don't think any balcony on decks 4-7 are truly fully covered. Some on deck 8 are. It depends on sailing direction, time of day, as well as physically how much cover there is. But unless the sun is on the bow, I doubt you are fully shaded.

I found this picture, it's 2 doors down from you (7134) but shows how far it's covered.

Cabin 7138 is to the left of the red arrow, almost center of the ship,
